Enhanced Mobility & Flexibility

Mobility and flexibility are key to quality of life. Mobility drills, myofascial release, self-massage techniques, and targeted stretching are some of the techniques you will use to establish joint mobility to promote long-term joint health and range of motion.

Increased Stabilization & Strength

We'll identify opportunities for improved joint stabilization and postural awareness to reset muscular imbalances and movement pattern dysfunctions. At the same time, incorporating neuromotor rehabilitative practices and traditional strength training techniques to encourage muscular synchronization and muscular activation.

By enhancing your mind-body awareness and proprioceptive skills, we'll aim to restore your postural stability and true center of gravity, thereby addressing poor balance and potential risk of injury. Better awareness leads to better overall coordination and gains in dynamic balance.
